Elevate any simple salad with OliAMO Extra Virgin Olive Oil!

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup dried apricots (roughly chopped)
  • 1/4 cup pecans (roughly chopped)
  • 4 cups arugula juice of 1 lemon
  • drizzle of OliAMO extra virgin olive oil (enough so that arugula is coated)
  • salt and pepper
  • parmigiano-reggiano (as much as you would like )
