Elevate any simple salad with OliAMO Extra Virgin Olive Oil!
- 1/4 cup dried apricots (roughly chopped)
- 1/4 cup pecans (roughly chopped)
- 4 cups arugula juice of 1 lemon
- drizzle of OliAMO extra virgin olive oil (enough so that arugula is coated)
- salt and pepper
- parmigiano-reggiano (as much as you would like )
