Rosemary Olive Oil Roasted Cashews

Savory, flavorful, healthy, and simple. The perfect appetizer.
- OliAMO Extra Virgin Olive Oil- 1/2 cup
- Unsalted raw cashews - 1lb
- Fresh rosemary - 4 springs
- Coarse sea salt - 1/4 cups
STEPS: 1Strip rosemary from stems and finely chop.
STEPS: 2Combine all ingredients.
STEPS: 3Roast on a baking sheet in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until the cashews are golden brown.
STEPS: 4Remove the cashews from the pan and into a cool, ceramic bowl immediately after removing from the oven (otherwise the cashews will continue to cook and become burnt).
