Rosemary Olive Oil Roasted Cashews

Savory, flavorful, healthy, and simple. The perfect appetizer.

INGREDIENTS

for 2 servings

OliAMO extra virgin olive oil

½ cup

Unsalted raw cashews

1 lb

Fresh rosemary

4 sprigs

Coarse sea salt

Strip rosemary from stems and finely chop.

Combine all ingredients.

Roast on a baking sheet in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until the cashews are golden brown.

Remove the cashews from the pan and into a cool, ceramic bowl immediately after removing from the oven (otherwise the cashews will continue to cook and become burnt).
